So Eliza and Huck have both been talking about what they are going to be for Halloween this year. More Eliza than Huck but, I decided that I needed a break from hearing about when I was going to make her Word Girl costume and Huckleberry’s Captain Huggy Face costume.
After some help with Ira on drawing the Word Girl symbol and me finding the perfect lighting bolt I put the craft robo to work. I bought some material called Siser at Regional Supply and here is what I came up with. They can now be Word Girl and Captain Huggy Face anytime the shirts are clean. They have already been washed twice.

I feel that I owe a friend of mine an apology about how silly I thought she was for liking Word Girl. So to Lori I say I am sorry and your are right there is nothing quite like a good episode of Word Girl, especially with Lady Redundant Woman. We love Word Girl. For those of you that have no idea what I am talking about you can find Word Girl on PBS.
